This package enables video calling with Google Talk contacts. The feature is integrated to Contacts and Phone applications. Device will automatically reboot after the installation of the package.
Please note: Nokia N9 v1.2 (or later) software is required to install this package. Additionally, your friends must have a capable device and an accurately configured Google account in order to make a video call.

It works, but the video quality (at least received) is garbage.
Quality not so good.
I have tried 3 times installing this, and every time it has forced my N9 into a reboot. I'm on 1.2. I'd rather not do involuntary alpha testing for software that's not ready for use. This is not good for the MeeGo ecosystem.
Please add video to Skype.

how do i get the video app in my Nokia N9. I dont no how to download it? My ph say it already updated on my pc and still no video app on my ph???
It's not an app. You simply get the option in the call menu to use Gtalk video. If the contact has Gtalk video enabled, the option will be visible.
Not working on my N9. Tried uninstall and installed it back, still giving me error when Launching. Help!
it's not launchable ! the only way to test it is loging in to your Gtalck account and find a person who is online AND HIS/HER DEVICE SUPPORTS the video call for Gtalk and then you can call n chat via video

Something is wrong with this; I have PR1.2, but when I download and install this app, it installs with an error (according the the Store) and no video option is present in contacts, even though we're both 'online' and ready to go. Not sure what the problem is, I've tried 3 times and no luck.
Are you both using N9? I tried calling the browser client in Gmail and it works really fine. The browser plugin for video call had to be installed on the browser side.
because this app already installed u just need open contacts and there u must have a friend with google account and there u will find function videocall
I tried all of that. I have PR1.2. I downloaded the app and allowed the N9 to reboot by itself. My friend was online and available to Gtalk video chat on her pc. I then went online on my Google account on my N9. But when I went to Contacts on my N9, there was no option to Gtalk video call for my friend, just the regular Gtalk IM, Skype, regular call etc. I uninstalled the app, it doesn't work for me.
работает ,с начало были проблемы когда делал звонок то никак не хотело выдавать видео с веб камеры на телефон но после нескольких звонков около 10 раз позвонил потом она начала мне выдавать картинку с компа и показывать меня так же на компе .Короче работает конечно пока что сырая но всё работает .Надеюсь скоро будет и на Скайпе.
