The app is cool but nearly useless under low light conditions. So an option to enable flashlight would be very cool.

Hi I really need your help. I have successfully downloaded the scanner, however, instead of letting me download, it sends me to the china nokia store, and then the message with "sorry this product is no longer availible" comes up. I have NO WAY to download anything from n9-apps.com, is there anywhere a direct download/zip file i can just get and transfer manually into my phone? it's driving me insane trying to make it work. I only managed to get this scanner because it was posted as a direct link on a different site. Please please help. i am at my wits end.

Hey, unfortunately most of our app links direct to the Ovi Store. Thus, when apps aren't available in your country, it's not possible to download them. It's up to app developers where they want to publish their apps.

There might be a possibility of connecting through a VPN, but I'm not sure if anyone has really worked out an easy solution for that.

Great idea!

Really reliable and does exactly what it's supposed to. Real-time scanning and fast detection is a huge plus. Automatic detection of Ovi Store URLs would be a great addition (now it opens browser first which detects the URL and opens the Store client).

What do you mean? Can you access http://store.ovi.com/content/231518 on your computer?

Now every app from here can be easily downloaded using this! Also, if you're already on mobile, just tap the QR code to install.

Try installing something with it and let me know how it works out.

I needed to install libdtmx manually from http://harmattan-dev.nokia.com/pool/harmattan-beta3/free/libd/libdmtx/ and then it worked

It needs the Harmattan SDK repo enabled. So that libdmtx0 which is a dependency can be installed.
